About Rapid Assessment System
CSC RAS, is service for Rapid Assessment by citizens for various G2C services of Digital India. The objective is to capture daily footfall at CSC centres and understand the beneficiary feedback on the services availed. VLEs are requested to fill mobile or email id and transaction number of the service availed by citizens. Citizen will get automatic message thanking them for availing the service and to know their feedback.
This facility gives citizens a personalized experience that Govt is interested to know their feedback and improve the delivery network. The VLEs also can track the footfall at their centres.
It will gauge our VLEs behavior and system facilitates as a visitor register. VLEs can also view and download daily MIS reports (excel sheet) to check footfall and for any record matching for security purposes at centre. Govt. in due course may plan incentivizing the VLEs on the basis of footfall and good service offering.
