  • 1. Can I provide more than one feedback?
  • For a particular service of a department, the user can provide feedback only once. But, for different services of different departments which are shown in the drop down after logging in through web browser, the user can provide feedback.

  • 2. What are the other channels for providing feedback?
  • Apart from web browser feedback may also be provided by SMS and Mobile App.

  • 3. Can I change the feedback once submitted?
  • Feedback once submitted cannot be edited or changed.

  • 4. Why I can’t see all government services in the dropdown?
  • The departments which are on-boarded on RAS and for which you have availed services recently would be available on RAS.

  • 5. When I select a language, why all feedback forms are not translated in that language?
  • If the feedback form is translated by the owner department of the service in a particular language, it will show up in that language. Otherwise the form would be visible in English.
